I appreciate the review, John, but one quibble: "After the crash, we're [US and China] the only countries with truly huge stimulus packages."
Not really. Japan has released three large stimulus packages worth $750 billion together. And PM Aso recently called for a fourth stimulus.
Russia also has utilized hundreds of billions in stimulus.
So the claim is just not true.
