The story about the truth of the USS Liberty incident finally broke in the Florida Times Union on October 21st. Forty years ago, Israeli jets attacked a U.S. spy ship, killing 34 people in what it says was a case of mistaken identity during wartime, but some of those on board aren't buying the story.
The USS Liberty incident was just one of a myriad of "black operations" throughout U.S. history perpetrated by our government designed to instill fear in the citizenry in order to more easily justify going to war; lining the pockets of the oil and military industrial complexes and move closer to a more sinister goal set into motion over 90 years ago by a small elite group.
It is the same reason we are in Iraq today and equally so in Iran when, eventually, will be attacked prompted by yet another false flag incident which, undoubtedly, is currently in the making evidenced by what we are reading, hearing, and seeing in the news as of late.
Going back further in history, one can cite the Gulf of Tonkin incident; an incident which took us to Vietnam, cost 60,000 American lives, and NEVER happened. One could also cite Pearl Harbor and the ultimate horror which ensued , only to find out almost 50 years later that the attack was no surprise. Perhaps now, as the true nature of these events is finally beginning to be a matter of public awareness, a new 9/11 investigation can be demanded and completed by special, non-partisan prosecutors and let the cards fall where they may, answering all questions and corroborating all evidence without the ubiquitous gaps and deletions of the 9/11 Commission.
Up until now, the USS Liberty incident, rather tragedy like all the rest, was considered just another concoction made up by whacky, lunatic conspiracy theorists. Hopefully, it is now time we all wake up and see what is truly going on behind close doors at the White House, the Pentagon, and the CIA. It is time we follow and trace the direct line from these institutions to others, namely the Federal Reserve which, contrary to popular understanding,, is a private bank and not at all a Federal agency. This is the same Federal Reserve that prints dollars and loans them to the government at interest to pay for these wars and then are repaid with our tax dollars; taxes that are unapportioned, thereby unconstitutional according to the 16th Amendment, and not required to be paid by any law in existence.
Wake up America! We have been duped by our government for over 90 years; the same government that has used these false flag incidents to eat away at our civil liberties by such measures as the Patriot Act, the Real ID Act, the Military Commissions Act, and others.
Shortly, if we make no demands for accountability of our government, we will lose the Constitution and our sovereignty altogether by allowing them to create the North American Union, which has been secretly in progress to join Canada, the U.S., and Mexico without borders and implementing a new currency called the Amero.
We need to stop this renegade, rogue administration through congressional intervention and save the nation. There is only one candidate for President who is campaigning on this platform. Please do your research and vote in the primary election this January.
The innocent Ottoman peasents and villigers had been murdered by *the armenian armed gangs* during WWI as well.
*Tragedy* is NOT *unilateral*,but *mutual*.
Besides,Turkey founded 1923,how can you blame Turkey for 1915.
Turks have not been denying anything, but say *lets search what happened during WWI*
"No group has the moral authority to say that they never made a mistake or oppressed another group of human beings."
She misunderstands that the U.S. House committee is NOT suggesting that the U.S. has never made a mistake. The purpose of the discussions in that committee is to revisit America's official position on an important international issue.
Ms. Leitao, you might want to learn and understand the difference between a massacre, such as those perpetrated by the US, and a genocide. There is a difference.
Scholars agree that the final crime in a genocide is denial and forgetting. By whitewashing the difference between a genocide and massacre, you are aiding the deniers, and thereby become complicit in a genocide which has never ended.
"No group has the moral authority to say that they never made a mistake or oppressed another group of human beings. "
American Observer replies:
True. Even today, we can see the astonishing violence and corruption of modern Brazilian life, where the rich ride in helicopters and the poor live in cardboard shacks, and we can marvel that a country like Brazil intends to become a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council.
Miriam, a lot of Leftists in South America feel humiliated by the failure of Marxism across the continent, and they blame America. Above all, it hurts these Leftists to see America pointing the finger of blame at anyone, anywhere, especially when their heroes, such as Fidel Castro, have brought nothing but poverty and oppression to the lands that they rule. "Look at those Yanquis putting on airs," the Leftists say, "Have they forgotten about our Socialist dignity?" Nonetheless, there are larger considerations than wounded egos at stake here. The Turks have been denying what they did to the Armenians for almost a hundred years, and now that the Turks are plotting an invasion of Iraqi Kurdistan, a lot of people feel that the Turks need to be warned that the eyes of the world are on them. The Turks need to understand that they cannot simply do anything that gives them a sense of dignity, and then get away with it. Seeing America pass a resolution against Turkey will hurt a lot of egos, Miriam, including yours; but it is better and cheaper than having a war between America and Turkey.
