Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - In Brazil even the past is uncertain. So I'll predict the world's future. I believe in 2007 we'll finally address global warming.
We saw improvement last year already. This year we will even see a change in the United States government's attitude toward local and global climate change, leading to a change in politics and policy. This would spell a Happy New Year for our planet.
