As to causes....it is pretty uniform across Latin America that men have historically had a priviledged status relative to women. Cultural things tend to change very slowly, but they are slowly changing in the right direction. Chile is today a fine example of how far some have come.

Also, they send wireless signals to the chip, I can hear that terroristic voice. I know that nano-chip was invented by NASA. The chip can be implanted into brains via foods and drinks they have,and it can read mind at everywhere. This terroristic activity impinges my rights and freedom and good social order.If the technology is used to make terrorism or the chip is implanted secretly into the brains of senior officals,reporters and businessmen, as a result,the situation will be terrible, military serects, personal privacy, and personal passwords will be revealed.
