It is not just the best Israeli wines that are produced in the Golan Heights, but also Israel's best whines are about the Golan Heights!

I know of no wine maker that needs F16s to bomb the neighbour, just to produce some thing that is part of peaceful life in a normal way. Alas, Israelis do not know much about peaceful living as they have always lived with war, fear and force. Change of heart is needed.
