The pa Arabs haven't kept any agreement or ceasefire. Why are they given more chances? And if Israel is so "terrible" why are tens of thousands of Arabs from there applying to enter the country for medical reasons? Let them go to the wealthy Arab nations.

I don't see any chance of real peace. The Palestinians don't know anything but violence. When they are not killing Israelis, they kill each other. Should just boot them out of the region and let them assimilate into one the other arab states.

It is important that the USA force Israel to get to meaningful talks with the "unified Government of Palestine" ASAP, else the positive results of the Mecca Accord will evaporate, and even the Saudi Kingdom will back a more extremist Palestinain political creature born by the lack of progress.
While some presume that the famous Yeats poem "the Second Coming" reflects the present political mileau, I submit this is a mistake. The Politics of the USA on this issue resemble the HOLLOW MEN of T. S. Eliot. Holloow man are not viable, they die. Unfortunately their death might be the death toll of Israel.

The US should abandon the Bush-Sharon formula, which is to require those whose conduct we are trying to influence to "become Finns" before we will interact with them sufficiently to test their flexibility and intentions in pragmatic ways. It may be that Hamas is indeed incapable of turning from violence and doing the other things that are necessary for Israel to begin to build confidence in negotiations. But Avigdor Lieberman may be incapable of turning from plans for expulsion of Arabs, and Olmert incapable of reversing the settlement policy, and the US does not therefore refuse to deal with them, any more than it refused to deal with the USSR or Ho Chi Minh.

From the Israeli perspective the actions being taken are an effort to protect the population from attacks from the Palestinians
Over the past three months there have been daily rocket attacks from the West Bank
Additionally there have been peace accords in the past and they are almost always broken by acts of violence against Israel from the Palestinians. Israel has no choice but to defend herself.
Until these daily attacks cease I see no way forward for a greater peace thoughts?
