No problem, you say? You'd be willing to pay a bit more to continue to live the way you do?
Petroleum is needed not only for vehicle fuel, but also for fertilizers to grow the food you eat, to make all those plastic things you buy, to lubricate all the moving parts of those electric tools, wind turbines, etc.

Do not give small children pop corn. One it is not as easy to digest the corn husks. Two little children can choke, it gets caught some place in the throat and or nasal. One absolutely beautiful two year old child, I knew in Arizona tragically became mentally retarded. The mother a nurse right there with the child. In a family pool and with several others around. Seconds, all it took! The oxygen cut off to the brain. He is living but not the same as this little curley haired blue eyed child was. His parents loveingly taking care of him and their others. May I say that one Thanksgiving an India family had guest over and had a wild rice with chicken liver and onions and oil for stuffing. My family had oyster dressing, in addition to onion and celery. Make sure the oysters are very fresh!

In California a sunshine state there are homes that can be used by multiple families and or friends. A four to six thousand dollar home with multiple rooms can be bought by several individuals and cost less than what you would pay for rent. Low immune systems, Aids, families, singles, Come the shared experience, support, friends and shared equity can make a difference in your life. Here in this sunshine state are retirement homes of the same for people with AIDS and those with other disease. Come to the warmth in the Southern States all across the USA.

They do have limits, get a seller carry back if necessary if you qualify. You can use this to refinance and make changes including solar energy and increase the limits. My God! look at this as a time to regroup and take advantage of the current market here and all places all over the world. This is not a time to also not consider a second home. It saves money to be in a warmer climate during the winter retirees and construction workers, there is work in these areas. Do not take advantage of sellers at the time they need your support lenders including private lenders. Offer repreve our nation, your state, city and friends are in need. Landlords clean up, make new and renew. A good investment as land always remains. It is an on going asset and a good return.

We have all worked towards that little Red, White and Blue card called Medicare. To help us in our older years with medical coverage.
Then why is it that people that have come here in the past several years, and can not speak english, and sign their name with an "X" are given Medicare?
Sure, help them out with Medicaid if for some reason they become ill. But why Medicare? They did not put in 45 or more years to earn it like we have to do. They just came here from another country and its theirs. What is wrong with this picture?

To me it falls under the same catagory as a huge corporation filing bankruptcy and the CEO's getting a huge bonus because their company is going down the tubes.

Then speaking of our judicial system. As one example, we have these "Princess" type people that get pulled over for drunk driving and then again and again. Then finally they are taken to court and given 15 days in jail, but it is dropped to 7 days because of good behavior. If that were the average working person you would have had you license suspended for a minimum of 2 years, spent 60 days in jail, and probably lose your job. What is wrong with this picture?

Another example is Brittany Spears exposed her crotch and photographers take pictures for the whole world to see and nothing happens to her, not even a little swat and the back of her hand, instead it makes all the magazines.
Now if your car broke down on some highway and you had to relieve yourself in the weeds or woods and another car drove by and knew what you were doing, even if they couldn't see you, you would be arrested for indecent exposure. My family and I almost were killed in the Aleghney mountains of Virginia, a truck lost his breaks in a down turn. There were nine of in an auto. I was the closest to the side of the truck that crashed as it spun out and whipped past us on that down turn. Mom and Dad were screaming.
Decapitated the woman, he crushed between those wheels their child thown from the truck lived.

In fountain Hllls Arizona a swarm of bees infested the condo I was renting. There where I sat my bible on the table. All around the bible not one bee. Thousands had come into the building walls and through the light fixtures and every small opening the floor black and all the counters with bees as yet they dropped from the ceiling vents. The place had been sprayed and this was what I walked into.

The storm that washed out the beach of San Diego,
I was their,my son and my daughter another time I was their, The earth quake of Hayward area I was on the coast line and returned to California for the after shocks. The hurricane of Houston with thirteen tornadoes, I was there. Scared for my life. As the blue buyout played on the radio.
Gold almighty was their in Houston.
The hundred year flood of Sacramento, I was there. The hundred year flood in Arizona where the Tempe bridge was washed out and the streets of Scottsdale flooded and all you had in between for excess was the old bridge of Tempe, I was there. God almighty was there.

I need a job!
Working with a positive attitude one that says keeping the ongoing of the business is the beginning.

All over the world today what are you paid and what is the corporation, partnership and or soleproprieter ship getting for their dollar?

First Call a corporation, is a machine their or a person. I mean the person is what you pay for, The voice, on or off the machine, the smile, a greeting, the first impression. Get what you want a friendly reception.

I worked for an oil exploration company, my title a bookkeeper. I walked in and having two small children and being a single person, I needed a job. The accountant that also wasl multi tasked person said would you learn quickly?
Do you know what an asset and a liability is?
I knew an asset was what I would be paid, to me the net check amount, the liability my rent.
Yep I understood. I had worked before in the dental field and this would be a new chanllenge.
Not having the degree and or license they now required for the dental field this was value and something I would work for. I was enrolled in a college class for accounting so now I could apply this minimal bookkeeping experience I had with a basic accounting class. The salary they offered me $650.oo per month. Yep I took it. I also had to work another job parttime but this would help me. Food. clothing and housing. I received or was in time after my divorce went through $350.00 a month for two children.

The value I gave them and this company, Sincerety and pride. Do you make coffe. yep! I do not drink it but I will make it. No guarantee that it will taste the way you want but I will make it. A pot of coffeee, price, real coffee cups compared to paper or styrofome. Cost, trash ( I washed them , thus no mounds of trash,
Service with a smile, keep it fresh, answer the phone, payroll, mae sure the deposits go out on time so our down payment for our leased equipment and purchased and investors are covered, Royalties and the Indians are covered. Ladies and gentlemen I virtually typed things, corporate minutes, ( shorthand ) billing, taxes, county, state, city, federal and state.
This is America I sure did not want the Indians after us for thier share, Heck they would bring along the hole federal government, IRS and the state. Then the over riding investors plus the whole crew and drivers fro the oil rigs. I would and did have fist fights and wrestling on the floor. Why them might even bring guns in and sell. Yep! I had that too. Honest engine.
But their dollar spent verses what I got. A job and pride and it paid the rent. Liquid cash none left over for investment or to buy my own home. Two children, clothes, school, food, rent, electric, etc. I loved them and life.

One day I came to work another person their a large corporation to buy them out. They needed copiers ( do not try and sell me one that does not work, and when I need it it had better work well. )) Dome Petroleum needed about 75 copies of every lease and every file they were buying of the operating side. Now my worth was dropping. They wanted me to type and copy these, pus all the regular duties. Right there and then I said get a temporay employee to help and rent a copier.
Ladies and gentlement, I was then without a job. Buy outs I have experienced them in this industry and banking and mortgage. Business.

I ten went to work for two guys who had left IBM
they needed three corporations accounting put on computers. They were leasing large computers to banks and hotels. All new then, including soft ware. They'll train me on the computers. Hurray!
The were dos not windows. I had no idea that K1 was two commands. You had to tell the computer to do everything. I did not realise the size of an envelope had to be input, the letter inmput, the format input and nothing was integrated. I knew this was the future today with and apple on my desk. But ladies and gentlement it wasn;t programed integrated. The first billing I put thos invoices on did not number them, put in the paper all those little wholes lined up and thought I was brilliant, thought I had the whole thing in order and the invoices typed up through the word. Walked over and proiudly pushed the butt. Oh boy! what a hey day! Things flew and before I knew it the whole quanity of invoice supply was spewing out in a hurry and I knew not the command to stop. They whole thing was not lined up. Before I knew it and just before the whole case of paper invoice was used, My two bosses walked in. They had been to a cocktail lunch in the sun, relaxed and laughing at what, me. Yep I did not know how to stop the command of the printer, vs the computer.

I went out for a drink and walk. They laughed their insides out. My salary $ 750.00 a month. I had gotten a raise from one job to the other and went from hand typeing and hand bookkeeping ( manual ) to computer. What a trip. What a lesson. Oh they showed me a few more commands and still did not tell me that K was one command and 1 another etc. Finally and slowly they figured it out and our language merged at the same time accounting and computers changed.

Another business I worked in was mortgage.
Profit for your investment and returne for what you pay for.
They still made coffee not in the $10.00 latee and whipped creme and it was in the break room at how much a pot.

People right out of highschool were not demanding to be paid equal for someone with experience. The pay scale for businesses on all jobs was from the allowable low pay to what a person was wroth and what the business was willing to pay and negotiate. The profit of the busines still meant I had a job, the investor could look and expect a profit, and expenses were evaluated. Today how many corporations pay for a hotel room at $100+ a night. Why not get a two for one in a split room and or negotiate the price. Instead your locked in to your corporate rate and so is the government. Trust me value what are you paying for. Today scales of salary! But the market is down. Open up your value and realize people should be glad they have a job and know the minimum wage can alsow apply toward a new graduate. Experience has one of the best applications of value. Computer training though new became outdated overnight. That is true today!
Equipment plan how and what your purpose is , what you get outof it. Depreciation plan short, long term and aging. Should it be 5, 7, or ten and what is allowed or short term it.
The difference planning for future expenses.

Do not be afraid to get rid of voice mail. You are loosing business and the personal touch when right for your company is a job for another, multitask, ask are you afraid of making coffee!!

Laugh enjoy your job and who is working for you.
Ask them will and do you intend to work as hard as you can? They did me and I knew they meant it. Time frames, I knew though I was leaning, expense sheets, balance statements, profit and loss, payroll and all others were on time. They needed these to present to the bank for their loans and their equipment. Tax laws were in favor for investments and promoted new equipment development and investors were in need of accountability. I was new the system not. Taxes quaterly and monthly they had to be done now.

Today one of the best companies and has been is a company that started up in a garage. Countrywide. The right combination of two mens talent, thinking and know how and insight came together to support this nation in housing for decades. One knew the rate and pricing the other product. Sincerety and hard work made the difference. Their modo to put every person in America in a home. They knew government requirements, they were flexible and creative. They knew up and down the tide movement and cyclical conditions of the market. They knew value of a little tiny home with a white picket fence was a much sometimes a the largest mansion and or farm. They knew bringing people together made America and them solve problems and little people were like them as they began in that garage. They understand that the doctor and the truck driver and ditch digger, the baker , candlestick maker and bread and milk man are important and the laborer. Their market place was all of them. They loved it and their employers loved America. A good investment today and a good return. Buy Buy Buy.
