Starhawk--the play "My Name is Rachel Corrie" is playing here in Seattle now, and I certainly intend to see it while it's here (till April 22). Rachel was more or less a "local girl" around here; we heard of her killing less than a day after it happened, thanks to a handful of ISM members on the University of Washington campus. Unfortunately, even in "liberal" Seattle, there are some who would prefer to shut the play down; but I believe it's been well-attended so far, at least well enough to excite controversy and reopen the debate on the whole conflict and Rachel's thinking on the issue. Anyway, the play is here at last, and we still remember Rachel Corrie...
