If the mass killer at Virginia Tech was a Muslim rather than a Christian, how the media would have shaped the tone and nature of the debate? I would imagine that just about every “terrorism expert” would have been on the televison instead of psychologists who are getting the air time now. And, Islam would have been under scrutiny. More importantly, there would be call for some level of profiling in the US.

arabs comprise only 18% of the population of muslims in the world.
now, if anyone wants to send me back to pittsburgh pennsylvania, that would be fine, as im going back to my hometown in may anyway.
as a muslim born and raised and living in america, im not interested in hearing about saudi arabia all the time.
its not pertinent to this discussion, and is discussed at length elsewhere on these boards.

I profess total ignorance. No where in the middle East would my needs beliefs or concerns ever be considered in fact my very safety may be in danger.
Until Muslims as a whole condemn the murder that is committed by fellow extreme Muslims I am not interested in hearing from any of them.
Who made them God! Each of us has our own religious beliefs and practice them freely in our country we are happy for Muslims to do the same here, just remember your job is not to convert us but to blend with the rest of Americans so that we may all practice acceptable behavior.
What kind of God preaches Murder and Mayhem. What has just taken place at Virginia Tech should indicate to Muslims that in the religions I am familiar with no-one accepts that God or man thinks it was OK to commit this act. The poor soul who committed this act was obviously mentally deranged, perhaps that is the problem in the Muslin religion too much mental illness?

I do wonder what the panelists will have to say about the rights of non-Muslims in Saudi Arabia, especially the rights of non-Muslims to worship freely there. If this essential issue is not discussed openly, then what is the purpose of the panel?

Why shouldn't we just send all of you Muslims back to the middle east. Then why shouldn't we pull all of our people on the ground out. Once we have done that why shouldn't we just completly distroy the Nation of Islam. I promise you if we do that, we will not be attacked agian for none of you will be left to attack the anyone !

Come hear how the Religion of Peace teaches its members to chop off the heads of non-believers.
In honor of Allah and Mohammad, pork rinds will be served.

Georgetown has a "Dhimmitude Center." A Jesuit school has been bought off by a Saudi prince. Saudi Arabia does not allow bibles in its own country. Non-Muslims are not allowed to step foot in the cities of Mecca, Medina and Riyadh. The Koran teaches Muslims to have contempt for non-Muslims. It is amazing how Muslims fight for "understanding" in America but they drive Christian and Jewish minorities out of their countries. Georgetown University should be ashamed of itself.

One meaning to being Muslim in America is the tremendous freedom Muslims have to worship in America. Given that fact, I would like to receive a straight, direct answer from the Muslim panelists to the following question: Do you without qualification support the right of non-Muslim Americans and other non-Muslims to worship freely in Saudi Arabia, including Mecca?
