GEORGIA & PENNSYLVANIA CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY ~ U.S. EXAMPLE FOR THE REST OF THE CIVILIZED WORLD THAT IS CLEARLY A DEVIOUS AND DECEPTIVE VARIATION OF SLAVERY THAT STILL EXISTS IN AMERICA IN 2009 !!!

**AMERICA~S WEALTHY ELITE HAVE TURNED THEIR BACKS ON OUR POORER AMERICANS BY DENYING MIDDLE CLASS AND WORKING POOR AMERICANS PROPER LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN ALL OUR CIVIL,CRIMINAL AND FAMILY U.S.COURTS OF
LAW **

MILLIONS OF AMERICANS ALSO NEED HELP FROM THE INTERNATIONAL WORLD IN OFFERING THEIR SUPPORT FOR THIS FUTURE PROPOSED PRISONER EXCHANGE BETWEEN PRESIDENT ALAN GARCIA OF PERU AND PRESIDENT OBAMA OF THE UNITED STATES.

**PLEASE REMEMBER THE 3 YR. INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT OF GEORGIA AND PENNSYLVANIA TOURISM & TRADE IS CURRENTLY EVERY~ONES WAY TO SAY THAT FAIR TRIALS BEFORE EXECUTION IN GEORGIA AND PENNSYLVANIA ARE THE ONLY INTERNATIONAL HUMAN STANDARDS WE ACCEPT !!
-------------------------------------------------

** THIS IS THE LETTER WRITTEN TO PRESIDENT ALAN GARCIA OF PERU ***

~ DEAR PRESIDENT ALAN GARCIA ~

LAWYERS FOR POOR AMERICANS ASKS ALL OF PERU TO PLEASE THINK SERIOUSLY ABOUT EXCHANGING U.S. JOURNALIST LORI BERENSON HELD IN A PRISON IN PERU SINCE 1995 FOR OUR TWO BLACK AMERICAN PRISONERS ON DEATH ROW IN GEORGIA AND PENNSYLVANIA ???

EVERYONE IN PERU MIGHT REMEMBER THAT LAST MONTH IRAN AND PRESIDENT MAHMOUD AHMADDINEJAD MADE SURE THAT U.S. JOURNALIST ROXANA SABERI WAS FAIRLY TRIED AND LATER RELEASED TO RETURN HOME TO AMERICA ?

LAWYERS FOR POOR AMERICANS AT THAT TIME HAD ALSO REQUESTED OF IRAN AND THEIR PRESIDENT MAHMOUD AHMADINEJAD TO SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THIS SAME PRISONER EXCHANGE OF THE AMERICAN U.S. JOURNALIST ROXANA SABERI FOR U.S.PRISON INMATES TROY DAVIS OF GEORGIA & MUMIA ABU ~ JAMAL OF PENNSYLVANIA.

MILLIONS OF AMERICANS HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO SECURE NEW AND FAIR TRIALS FOR THESE TWO
( POSSIBLE INNOCENT) BLACK AMERICANS ON DEATH ROW HERE IN AMERICA AND NOW HAVE TO AGAIN TURN TO OTHERS OUTSIDE OF AMERICA FOR THEIR POSSIBLE HELP !!!

AMERICA HAS NEVER REALLY OFFERED OUR POORER CITIZENS LIKE TROY DAVIS AND MUMIA ABU ~ JAMAL FAIR OPPORTUNITIES TO HAVE PROPER LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN OUR U.S. COURTS SO IT HAS BECOME VERY OBVIOUS TO MILLIONS OF AMERICANS AND OTHERS WORLDWIDE THAT INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE CONTINUING TO BE FALSELY EXECUTED RIGHT HERE IN THE WEALTHIEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD !!!

WE ASK ALL OF THE FAIR AND LOVING PEOPLE IN AND OUT OF GOVERNMENT IN PERU MR. PRESIDENT GARCIA TO PLEASE SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THIS PRISONER EXCHANGE OF YOUR PRISON INMATE AMERICAN LORI BERENSON FOR OUR POSSIBLY INNOCENT TWO BLACK AMERICAN PRISON INMATES WHO WILL OTHERWISE SURELY BE EXECUTED WITHOUT BEING AFFORDED NEW AND FAIR TRIALS !!!

LAWYERS FOR POOR AMERICANS IS A WWW VOLUNTEER LOBBY GROUP THAT SING OUT AT OUR IVORY TOWER U.S CONGRESSIONAL LEADERS OF THE FREE WORLD FOR MIDDLE CLASS AND WORKING POOR AMERICANS TO BE AFFORDED THEIR RIGHT TO HAVE PROPER LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN OUR U.S. CIVIL,CRIMINAL AND FAMILY COURTS OF LAW ALL ACROSS AMERICA .

'And what would the great Buddha say?? Afterall all those slaves were reincarnated from some previous state!!!'

How would anyone know? The dead can't speak - nor are the living actually living until they draw that first breath on their own.........

And dredging up the slavery issue for a well publicized display of atonement is politically suspect, to say the least.

Good intentions? Making public mea culpas concerning the history of slavery is highly misplaced in today's Senate – too little, too late and an understatement verging on hubris. How else to interpret it??

emancipation of the species.

looking for the federal government or the western culture in general(juchristian bible+the democratic liberal bible or the constitution) to liberate or emancipate the world wide species is another juchristiandemocratic deluion.

another secular delusion.

juchristianity along with democratic secularity failed to even emancipate her own species who they stuck in the new world for the last 400 years.

ideological slavery is much worth than the physical slavery ,

look how many are deluded under the slavery of liberalism, capitalism, atheism or the savior who nailed to the cross ?

america will do the world a great favor by growing the fast land and feeding the world ,the best promise of the founding fathers ,

the 40 acres and a mule .

have you received your 40 acres and a mule lately?

CCNL sermonizes:

"And said journey therefore did/does not begin in the 6000 year old Garden of Fictional Eden!!! It begins on the day of everyone's conception, pure and spotless no matter what Augustine and a few other "too much time on their hands" theologians might have concluded."

Sounds distinctly like the theology of CCNL!

Apologizing for slavery is akin to apologizing for Adam and Eve's "original sin".

In the late 1700s, anyone who refused to fight against the British Crown was declared an "enemy of the state." They came and murdered my ancestors, took their land, burned their homes and they, along with tens of thousands like them, barely escaped to Canada. Where's OUR apology? Where's OUR compensation?

If society had been integrated immediately after the Civil War, the effect of slavery today would be nil. Unfortunately, a segregated existence continued for most American blacks for another 100 years.

There are people still alive today who experienced housing discrimination when the modern suburb was developing in the forties to sixties. Blacks weren't allowed to buy many of them, so suburban housing became the white economic base while blacks remained renting in cities whose industries subsequently shut down.

THAT, and not slavery, is the primary cause of today's socio-economic discrepancies. And getting rid of housing zoning and equalizing education opportunities could and would get rid of those differences. Once people stop saying "local control" as the modern form of "state's rights."

I would like to apologize for absolutely every single thing that my ancestors have done for the past 60,000 plus years.

So, is everybody OK now?

As per National Geographic’s Genographic project:

“ DNA studies suggest that all humans today descend from a group of African ancestors who about 60,000 years ago began a remarkable journey. Follow the journey from them to you as written in your genes”.

And said journey therefore did/does not begin in the 6000 year old Garden of Fictional Eden!!! It begins on the day of everyone's conception, pure and spotless no matter what Augustine and a few other "too much time on their hands" theologians might have concluded.
